Ningana has 11 one-bedroom units and one 2-bedroom unit. Each unit features a living area, kitchenette and bathroom. Enjoy the beautiful homes with an affordable rentals payable on a fortnightly basis.

The close-knit community features multiple communal areas, including laundry facilities, community hall with kitchenette and outdoor gazebo area.

Ningana is perfectly situated walking distance to Pembroke Oval and five minutes by car to Sorell shopping district. You can also pop to Eastland Shopping Centre within 15 minutes and reach the CBD within 25 minutes.

Enjoy exclusive access to our residential care site Sorell Community, Ningana which is conveniently located next door. At Sorell Community, you can visit our onsite hairdresser or receive meals, for an additional cost.
