Queenborough Rise has 30 two and three-bedroom units, carefully considered for low maintenance and accessibility. Each unit is built to the highest standards, beautifully fitted with quality materials and Bosch appliances. And because Queenborough Rise is set on a sloping site, many units offer great views and natural light.

Queenborough Rise enables you to live the good life. Only a short walk to Hill Street Grocers, a three minute drive to Bay Village Shopping Centre and ten minutes to the Hobart CBD. Easily access public transport with several bus routes operating in the area.

Our high level of security, including visual and motion security systems, swipe card access and front gate with phone and video monitoring, keeps our community secure. We also provide a meal service for an additional fee, which offers a greater level of convenience.

Co-located with our residential care site Queenborough Rise Community, it’s easy to maintain your physical, social and spiritual wellbeing. Enjoy the cafe, library and gardens. Or pop into the hair salon, visit the chapel and access allied health services, for an additional fee.
